Now she provides sound healing group and individual sessions under the name Song Pine and Stone\, bringing her gentle presence to those in need. \n  \nA group sound healing session runs about 60-90 minutes and includes the use of crystal sound healing bowls\, Tibetan bowls\, tuning forks\, and various other sound healing instruments. Attendees will bring their own yoga mats\, blankets\, pillows\, and whatever else they need to be comfortable during the session.
