DESCRIPTION:Mindfulness meditation is a wonderful way to develop clarity\, discipline\, and perspective as well as improve your mental and physical health. Join online sessions with Phuong Pham\, a Buddhist nun experienced in the practice of meditation. Each session is 45 minutes of meditating together followed by 15 minutes of group sharing and Q&A led by Phuong. The group sharing and Q&A is a valuable part of the process\, so participants can reflect on the meditation session together and build community. It is open to all levels of experience. \nRegistration is required to receive the Zoom link. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly.
