DESCRIPTION:In this series\, participants will learn the basics of playing the Ukulele\, will acquire the ability to read chords\, and get hands-on experience with the instrument while learning along with some Holiday classics! \nThe series will include 3 sessions and each session will cover the following: \n\nSession 1\, Nov. 3: How to hold & strum the ukulele; Reading Chord charts\, & tuning\nSession 2\, Nov. 10: Review chords & introduce 3 finger chords; Introduce rhythm patterns\nSession 3\, Nov. 17: Practicing rhythm patterns; special techniques; putting it all together!\n\nNo musical experience required. Ukuleles will be provided to participants but you may bring your own if you have one. \nRecommended for ages 10 or Older. \nRegistration Required \n\n12 Seats Total (there is a Waitlist if all registration is filled)\nRegistration Opens Wednesday\, October 22\, 2025 at 10:00 am.\nWe recommend that participants come to all three sessions to get the most out of the program.\n\nADA Accommodation Requests
