DESCRIPTION:STEMMABLE is a girl-led youth nonprofit in the San Francisco Bay Area that loves getting kids excited about Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, and Math (STEM). A dedicated group of teen volunteers from eight local high schools presents free\, hands-on workshops where kids can explore\, build\, and have fun while learning something new. \nWe’d love for your family to attend these upcoming workshops! DESCRIPTION:Join us for a weekly Tai Chi session with Nelson Ng! In this weekly class\, participants will learn the basic principles and the philosophy behind Tai Chi\, gaining flexibility and a better sense of balance\, through slow and gentle movement.  \nNelson started learning Chen’s Tai Chi in 1989 from Master Gene Chen\, who was a disciple of Grandmaster of Feng ZhiQiang. Nelson has been teaching since 2014. \nThis class is free and open to beginners as well as those who have previous Tai Chi experience. People of all ages are welcome. You must sign in upon arrival.

DESCRIPTION:Anil Sawe’s exhibit consists of oil paintings on canvas depicting colorful sunsets and the power of the ocean. \nHis exhibit runs from Nov 1 to Dec 30\, 2025 and is open to the public during the Library’s open hours. \nAbout the Artist \nAnil was born in Bombay\, India\, and was an engineer by profession. However\, he always found a strong attachment to all visual arts. Now retired\, Anil lives in Aptos and loves to capture the ocean’s energy and vivid colors of the west coast sunsets in his paintings.
