SUMMARY:CANCELED: Mindfulness Meditation (Online)
DESCRIPTION:**The Mindfulness Meditation (Online) program is cancelled for October 28. It will return on November 4.** \nMindfulness meditation is a wonderful way to develop clarity\, discipline\, and perspective as well as improve your mental and physical health. Join online sessions with Phuong Pham\, a Buddhist nun experienced in the practice of meditation. Each session is 45 minutes of meditating together followed by 15 minutes of group sharing and Q&A led by Phuong. The group sharing and Q&A is a valuable part of the process\, so participants can reflect on the meditation session together and build community. It is open to all levels of experience. \nRegistration is required to receive the Zoom link. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly. To minimize interruptions\, participants must arrive no later than 7:15 pm to be admitted. Participants must register separately for each week they would like to join. \nYou can learn more about Phuong here and can watch her meditation videos here.
