DESCRIPTION:**The Mindfulness Meditation program on October 25 is cancelled. It will return on November 1.** \nCome and improve your mental and physical health in mindfulness meditation sessions led by Phuong Pham. Each session is 45 minutes of sitting and/or walking meditation followed by 15 minutes of group sharing and Q&A. It is open to all levels of experience and no registration is required. \nParticipants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats and/or meditation cushions. Chairs are available for those who do not bring them. \nPhuong is a Buddhist nun experienced in leading mindfulness meditation. DESCRIPTION:Get ready for Día de los Muertos by making a sugar skull!  \nIn this multi-session program\, participants will learn to make and then decorate sugar skulls using traditional and modern materials.  \nIn the first session\, using a special sugar mixture and premade molds\, we’ll create the parts needed for a sugar skull.  \nIn the next session\, after the sugar skulls have cured\, we’ll connect the sugar skull pieces and decorate them with foil\, sequins\, paint\, and more!
