DESCRIPTION:Join us on Tuesday mornings for Baby Bouncers Lapsit (for non-walking babies) up to 12 months old. This is a baby and caregivers program with an early literacy focus on traditional nursery rhymes\, lap bounces\, body rhymes\, songs\, very short and simple picture books. Caregivers are welcome to bring a blanket for their babies to lay on.  \nThe Baby Bouncers Lapsit program is a short 15 to 20 minute program. DESCRIPTION:This program is a collaboration between SJPL and SJSU Library. \nThis panel will feature writers and scholars discussing the importance of young adult and speculative fiction for queer and trans folks\, and their allies. In addition to professors Maite Urcaregui and Daniel Rivers\, this panel will feature Mara Olivas\, an MFA graduate from SJSU and the author of Sundown in San Ojuela (Lanternfish Press\, 2024).
