DESCRIPTION:This program is a collaboration between SJPL and SJSU Library. \nThis panel will feature writers and scholars discussing the importance of young adult and speculative fiction for queer and trans folks\, and their allies. In addition to professors Maite Urcaregui and Daniel Rivers\, this panel will feature Mara Olivas\, an MFA graduate from SJSU and the author of Sundown in San Ojuela (Lanternfish Press\, 2024).
