We will have a dino-storytime\, dino games\, dino costume crafts\, fossil digging\, dino eggs\, dino painting\, dino dance\, and a volcano eruption. Creativity\, discovery\, movement\, and community will be celebrated in a fantastic dinosaur fashion. DESCRIPTION:Experience the soothing calm of yoga and meditation\, as presented  by our partner\, The Heartfulness Institute each Saturday.  Yoga is taught by certified instructors and meditation is taught by a Heartfulness certified instructor.  \nYoga may be either chair or regular yoga. \nThe program structure is 75 minutes as described below: \n5 min Meet & greet35 min Yoga and Pranayama (different styles like hatha or arkaya yoga)5 min posture change break25 min Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation (experience\, hands-on) \nThis program is geared to enrich the lives of adults and seniors. \nPlease note that all NEW participants will need to complete the Exercise Waiver in order to be able to participate.  The Exercise Waiver must be completed before your first day of participation.  Exercise Waivers will be provided at each meeting. \n \nADA Accommodation Requests

DESCRIPTION:Music and Movement is designed to accommodate a mix of ages and invites the entire family to participate in early literacy activities through songs\, rhymes\, finger plays\, and movement activities. Music and Movement is a fun and interactive experience for the whole family that promotes the joys of learning for all ages. This program is geared for children of all ages and their parents/caregivers!  \nFree\, 50 person maximum. Story Time tickets required. Another event\, Music and Movement B will start at 11:15 for those that weren’t able to make it inside for this event. \nSeating for Storytime is available on a first-come\, first-served basis.
