Community Yoga & Meditation

All are welcome to join us for yoga and meditation, filled with fun and fitness! Learn basic Yoga routines, develop flexibility, relaxation and better health! 

No registration needed. Walk-ins are welcome! A signed SJPL exercise waiver required for all participants — to be provided on site. Please bring your own yoga mat and yoga blocks (optional) for your comfort.

Sessions are taught by certified instructors and is structure to be 75-90 minutes, including:

  • Meet & greet; set up; sign waiver
  • 35 min Yoga & Pranayama (i.e. hatha or arkaya yoga)
  • Posture change break
  • 25 min Relaxation & Heartfulness Meditation (experience, hands-on)
