In this presentation you will learn what to do with your garden’s bounty by safely fermenting your pepper mash.

Twila Guthrie will demonstrate food safety, cleanliness, and the fermentation process so you can successfully create homemade pepper sauce, as well as unique holiday gifts for friends, family, and coworkers.
