1 on 1 Tech Assistance

Do you need to brush up your computer skills? Whether you need assistance putting together a Word document, Excel spreadsheet, or PowerPoint presentation, or receiving help submitting an online job application or other government document to learning a new online tool, our experienced and dedicated tech tutors can help!
Current Weekly Schedule:
- Tuesdays at 4:30 PM
- Thursdays at 11 AM (assistance available in English or Mandarin Chinese)
- Saturdays at 10 AM
How To Attend:
- Participants are encouraged to pre-register, however drop-ins are also considered.
- Register online or by calling the Willow Glen Branch Library at 408-808-3045 during the library’s open hours.
- Participants will fill out a quick survey prior to their appointment to assess their technological goal/s, as well as a post-evaluation survey to gauge how the session went.
