AdvancED: Mapping Majors to Careers

O*NET OnLine is a free application that provides the public with access to occupational information nationwide. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to navigate O*NET including how to explore “Bright Outlook” occupations which are expected to grow rapidly in the next several years, will have large numbers of job openings, or are new and emerging occupations. Together, we will explore careers that interest you, and those you’ve never heard of, so that you can start to build a Career Plan that includes the training and/or college majors that will help you get the jobs you want.
