One-On-One Tech Help

Do you need help using a computer? Want to set up an email account? Stop by the Santa Teresa Branch Library for a session with our experienced volunteer! They can assist you with basic tech issues, such as:
- Setting up an email account, composing & sending emails, using email attachments
- Web searches and basic data entry
- Learning the basics of Microsoft Word and Excel and web-based productivity software such as Google docs
- Using the library’s pay-for-print and photocopy machines
- Downloading apps on your phone or tablet
- And much more!
You are welcome to bring your own device, such as a laptop, phone or tablet, or you can use one of our computers.
