Exploring Emotional Intelligence (Virtual/In-Person)
Join us for this presentation focusing on recognition of our emotions and control of our actions. This includes understanding each of the following: self regulation, social habits, auto recognition, empathy, and motivation. The presentation also includes how to further develop these skills through clear communication, sitting with our feelings, and keeping an open mind when interaction with others. Hosted by the Ethnic Wellness Center from Gardner Health Services.
