Adult Literacy Volunteer Tutor Training with SCCLD's The Reading Program

The Reading Program, Santa Clara County Library District’s adult literacy program, is seeking volunteer tutors to work one-on-one with adults looking to improve their reading, writing, and communication skills.
Important Notes:
- Volunteers that have completed the required Tutor Orientation are welcome to register for one of our Tutor Training sessions.
- Once you submit your event registration, you will receive a link in the confirmation email to complete your Reading Program Tutor Intake Form. You must submit both the event registration and the Tutor Intake Form in order to attend the Training.
In the case you have not yet attended an Orientation:
- Please review the tutor requirements on our website and if interested register for one of our upcoming Tutor Orientations on our website.
- If you are unable to attend any of the scheduled sessions or missed a recent one, please email us at readingprogram@lib.sccgov.org or call us (408) 262-1349, and we may be able to offer an alternative option.
