Art of Living Meditation

Why wait to find greater peace in your life? Join volunteers from the Art of Living Foundation every Sat. morning at 11:00 AM for a relaxing meditation session. Sessions will include simple yoga stretches that can be done sitting on a chair, calming breathing techniques (pranayama), and a guided meditation. Art of Living volunteers will be available after the meditation to answer questions. Beginners are welcome.
