Building Division Pop-Up Permits

The
Building Division’s Pop-Up Permit program will bring building
permitting services to the communities where people live, in-person at the Seven Trees Library. Click here for more info!
Residents will have the opportunity to:
- Talk with a Building Permit Specialist about how to get a permit for their project
- Get a City of San Jose building permit for a small project (Online Building Permits, Simple Projects Service, and small interior remodels that qualify for our Over-the-Counter (OTC) Service)
- Have a Building Inspector provide feedback on project plans
- Ask questions about the permitting process and requirements
