Meditation Workshop for Adults

Join volunteers from Heart Chan Meditation for a relaxing meditation workshop.
During this workshop, we will go through posture, breathing techniques, how to relax the body and how to focus during meditation. There will be several guided meditations to exercise the basic techniques (breathing, relaxation, and focus). We hope you can find happiness and peacefulness within the meditation workshop.
Heart Chan Meditation volunteers will provide foam mats; however, you are free to bring your own meditation cushion to the workshop.
Free. No registration required. Beginners are welcome.
