Mindfulness Workshop
Join us for a free community workshop for teens and adults. Led by a licensed therapist and yoga instructor, explore mindfulness strategies to overcome anxiety. The program will include an anxiety reducing meditation, a gentle chair yoga sequence, and more! No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself and a mind ready to take a break from everyday chatter and overwhelm. Connect with your community and learn skills to cope with anxiety in a welcoming and supportive space.
For teens and adults age 13+. No registration needed and walk-ins are welcome!
