Persuasive Letter Writing Workshop for 6th-9th Grade

Want to make your voice heard? In this fun, one-day workshop for ages 11–15, you’ll learn how to speak up on the issues you care about by writing real letters to real lawmakers to affect real action through advocacy. We’ll work together, play games, and you’ll receive feedback from our experienced volunteers on how to make your letter professional and impactful, as well as be instructed on how to mail it in. This program is offered by Policy Rewired, a nonprofit organization that helps communities understand the systems that affect them and take action for change.

Trabajaremos juntos, jugaremos, y recibirás comentarios de nuestros voluntarios con experiencia sobre cómo hacer que tu carta sea profesional e impactante, además de recibir instrucciones sobre cómo enviarla por correo.
